FAQ
Buying tickets
Choose an event from the listings, click "Buy ticket", pick a section and seats on the seating plan, add them to your cart, and proceed to payment. After payment, the tickets are sent to the email you provided and appear in your account.
The price depends on the event and section. All prices are shown on the seating plan on the event page — as soon as you select a seat, you see its price.
Open the event page and select a date — available seats are highlighted on the seating plan. If a section is unavailable or not shown, its seats are already sold out.
Yes. Tickets are sold online from the moment sales open until the event starts, as long as seats remain. Seats for popular events sell out quickly, so it's better to buy early.
If tickets aren't shown on the website, they're currently sold out. Sometimes the organizer releases additional seats — keep an eye on the event page.
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the event name and date, the section, row and seat, along with your full name and phone number. The hold lasts 3 days and is then released automatically. If you decide not to buy the tickets, let us know and we'll release the seats.
Yes, if seats remain available by the start of the event. We can't guarantee availability, so it's safer to buy online in advance. Check with the organizer about box office hours at the venue.
Payment
Bank cards, MBank (MTicket), Bakai Bank, and Optima 24. Available methods are shown at the payment step.
The code doesn't arrive by SMS — it arrives in the banking app you're paying with. Open it and confirm the payment there. Also check that your phone number is entered correctly and that you have a connection.
Check your card balance and limits, make sure your internet connection is stable, and try a different payment method. If the error persists, message us with a screenshot.
Refresh the page and select the seats again. If that doesn't help, clear your browser cache or place the order in a different browser. If the problem persists, message us.
Clear the cache and try placing the order again. If the error persists, complete the purchase through the website instead.
If the money wasn't charged, the purchase didn't go through and those tickets aren't valid. The hold is released automatically and the seats go back on sale.
Send us the payment receipt along with the email and phone number used for the purchase. We'll check the payment and resend the tickets.
Getting your tickets
The tickets are sent to the email address you provided at purchase and are also available in your account. On request, we can resend them via WhatsApp.
Check your Spam and Promotions folders, and make sure the email address was entered correctly. The tickets are also always available in your account. If they're not there, message us with the payment receipt and we'll resend the tickets.
No, an electronic ticket on your phone screen is enough. Make sure the QR code is fully visible and the screen isn't too dim.
Check your internet connection, refresh the page or app, and try opening the ticket in a different browser. We recommend saving the ticket to your phone in advance so it's available without internet.
Refunds and exchanges
You can request a refund online through the website or offline at our office. Full refund terms are described in the "Ticket refunds" section.
The money is refunded within 2–3 days to the card or account used for payment. The exact crediting time depends on your bank.
Yes, an exchange is possible as long as there's enough time left before the event. A 5% fee is charged for the exchange, and the difference is refunded within 2–3 days.
If the event is cancelled, we refund the full ticket price with no fee withheld.
