Ticket refunds
Dear viewers!
To return or exchange a ticket, you can contact our sales point at the following address: Dordoi Plaza-2 Shopping Center, 1st floor, next to the Paul restaurant.
You must have it with you:
- passport;
- printed tickets;
- printed screenshot of the receipt.
The exchange (replacement) of a ticket or several tickets (hereinafter referred to as a “ticket”) is carried out through the return procedure at points of sale.
Please note that when returning a ticket using the Company's service, a commission is charged based on its face value.
Commission size:
- if an exchange or refund request is received no less than 5 (five) business days before the event, the fee will be 10% of the ticket's face value.
- if the request is received no earlier than 5 (five) business days and no later than 3 (three) business days before the event, the fee will be 20% of the ticket's face value.
Important: Ticket exchanges or refunds cannot be made less than 3 (three) business days before the start of the event.
Refunds are made in cash from 11:00 to 20:00 upon prior call or notification via WhatsApp at: +996 501 500 500.
If the event organizer is responsible for the return or exchange of a ticket, please contact the organizer directly.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse a refund if the ticket has physical damage (including, but not limited to: tears, marks, bends, corrections, extraneous inscriptions, missing "control" stub, etc.).
