Rules of the promotion “MBonus Ticket”
LLC “Ticket KG”

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules for the promotion “MBonus Ticket” by LLC “Ticket KG” define the terms, procedure for conducting, and determination of winners of the promotion (hereinafter – the Rules).

1.2. Promotion name: “MBonus Ticket” (hereinafter – the Promotion).

1.3. Promotion period: from 08.09.2025 to 31.10.2025.

1.4. Promotion territory: Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter – KR).

1.5. The organizer of the Promotion is LLC “Ticket KG” (hereinafter – Organizer).

1.6. The Promotion is intended for all individuals who are clients of JSC “MBank” and users of the MBANK mobile application.

1.7. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the KR and these Rules.

1.8. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees of the Organizer, affiliated persons and close relatives, as well as persons involved in organizing the Promotion.

1.9. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Rules at any time. Promotion participants are obliged to independently monitor such changes.

1.10. By participating in the Promotion, each participant automatically agrees that they have carefully read and understood the Rules and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions without any limitations and/or exceptions.

1.11. The Promotion is understood as an action of the Organizer, not prohibited by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at increasing interest in the Bank’s products and services, enhancing customer engagement, attracting new clients, as well as stimulating the activity of existing clients.

DEFINITIONS CONTAINED IN THE RULES

2.1. Promotion participants — individuals who are clients of JSC “MBank” and users of the MBANK mobile application, purchasing tickets for events via the MTicket webview platform in the MBANK mobile application.

2.2. MTicket — a platform for purchasing event tickets, available as a webview within the MBANK mobile application.

2.3. MBonus Ticket — a free ticket for an event, provided to the Promotion winner.

2.4. Happy Hour — a time period established by the Organizer during which it is possible to receive an “MBonus Ticket”. At the current stage of the Promotion, “Happy Hour” is held daily from 11:00 to 12:00 Bishkek time.

2.5. Promotion winner — the user who first fulfills the conditions for receiving the “MBonus Ticket” during the “Happy Hour”.

2.6. MBANK mobile application — the application of JSC “MBank” providing users with remote access to banking and partner services, including purchasing tickets via the MTicket platform.

2.7. Events participating in the Promotion — events marked with the special “MBonus Ticket” icon, where it is possible to receive a free ticket under this Promotion.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS

3.1. Any MBANK mobile application user who purchases two or more tickets for an event with the “MBonus Ticket” icon via the MTicket web application is considered a Promotion participant.

3.2. Bonus tickets become available only during “Happy Hour” — daily from 11:00 to 12:00.

3.3. During each “Happy Hour,” the free MBonus Ticket is provided to the first user who purchases two or more tickets for the corresponding event.

3.4. To retain the right to the ticket, the order must be completed within 30 minutes. Otherwise, the free ticket is canceled.

3.5. The bonus ticket is considered used only after successful payment completion. If the purchase is not completed within the allotted time, the bonus ticket is returned to the system and becomes available during the next “Happy Hour”.

3.6. Upon receiving the Bonus Ticket, the user sees the corresponding mark in the interface, and the order amount is automatically recalculated considering the free ticket.

3.7. Only events with the “MBonus Ticket” icon in the MTicket interface participate in the Promotion.

INFORMATION PROCEDURE

4.1. Information about the Promotion is posted in the MBANK application on the MTicket platform, on the website https://mbank.kg, and on other official channels of the Organizer.

4.2. A user who receives a Bonus Ticket sees a visual notification in the MTicket interface at the time of order placement.

OTHER CONDITIONS

5.1. The Organizer has the right to cancel participation in the Promotion in case of fraud or rule violations.

5.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures caused by circumstances beyond its control.

5.3. All disputed issues are regulated based on these Rules and the current legislation of the KR.
